Free Sample Office Policy for IAR Member Managing Brokers. IAR Legal counsel have fully updated the IAR Sample Office Policy Manual per changes to the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000 (Public Act 96-856).
- Download the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000 as amended by P.A. 96-856, effective Dec. 31, 2009.
- Please note: The transition courses, proficiency exams and new pre and post license courses will not be available until Spring of 2011.
